构建“双向双维”模式在中职骨干教师培训体系中的运用

The Application of Constructing "Two-Way Two-Dimensional" Mode in the Training System of the Secondary Teachers

为切实提高我国中职师资队伍整体素质,国家开启了中职教师国家培训计划并取得了一定成效。但在培训中也存在着培训内容与需求脱节,培训时间短且不合理等问题。因而应通过构建"双向双维"培训体系,将国家政策导向和个人需求导向相融合,从培训内容和培训时间两个维度建立长效的动态调整机制,使中职骨干教师国家级培训迈向科学健康发展的新天地。

In order to effectively improve the overall quality of teachers in secondary vocational schools,the state has opened a national training program for secondary vocational teachers,and has achieved certain achievement.However,there are some problems in the training,such as disconnection of training content and demand,short and unreasonable training time and so on. So we should construct the ＂two-way two-dimensional＂ training system to combine the national policy oriented and individual oriented,and establish long-term dynamic adjustment mechanism from the two dimensions of training content and training time,which are helpful to make the secondary vocational school teachers national training into the healthy and scientific development.
