浅谈从事中药类工作青年教师教学能力的提高

Opinion on Promotion Teaching Capability of Young Teachers in Traditional Chinese Medicine University

当今高等中药类院校教师已从数量扩张转向质量提高阶段,提升教师教学能力是各高校迫切需要解决的一项重要任务。本文从影响青年教师教学能力发展的因素和怎样提高能力两方面,阐述作为从事中药类工作的青年教师应具备的能力和素质,提高整体教学质量。

At present,the teachers of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities have changed from the quantity expansion to the quality improvement stage,it is an important task for colleges and universities to improve their teaching ability.From the two aspects of influencing the development of young teachers＇ teaching ability and how to improve their abilities,this paper expounds the ability and quality of young teachers engaged in the work of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to improve the overall teaching quality.
