摘要
本文通过考察日本三十余年教育改革从"宽松"到"脱离宽松"的转向历程,对其教育方针进行梳理,分析改革所引发的问题,以期为我国基础教育改革提供有益的参考和借鉴。提出全面振兴公办教育、学校和教师要提供足够的学业挑战、通过提升教学素养、"因材施教"来实现减负的建议。
Through examining on the education reform's process,where Japan's education transforms from arguing for freedom to giving up relaxation for over 30 years,this dissertation sorts out the education policies and analyses the problem provoked by this education reform. This transforming process also provides practical reference for elementary education reform in China,offering proposals like the country should rejuvenate public education in every aspect,schools and teachers should provide students with enough academic challenges,teaching attainment should be promoted and study load should be reduced by teaching students according to their aptitude.
