研究生创新能力的培养是研究生培养的重要环节,良好的培养模式是培养创新能力的关键。通过构建研究生导师团队的结构体系、交流机制、管理体系和交流平台,可以解决单导师个人知识的专门化、有限性和研究生对知识的多学科、综合性需求之间的矛盾,有效提高研究生创新能力。

The cultivation of graduate students＇ innovative ability is an important part of postgraduate training,and the good training mode is the key to cultivate innovation ability. Based on constructing the structure system,communication mechanism,management system and communication platform of graduate tutor team,the contradiction can be solved which is between the needing for the multi-disciplinary knowledge of graduate students and the single tutor specialization,personal knowledge limited,and then training the innovation ability of graduate students effectively.
