摘要
针对新工科研究生教育,提出建立持续改进的多样化培养模式,转变面向研究型人才的精英教育为贴近科研成果转化实践的工程教育,以创新培养制度保障为基础,加强专业学科方向及育人平台的多样化,培养工程协同创新意识,从而提高工科研究生的创新能力和解决实际问题的能力。
According to the new engineering postgraduate education,proposed the establishment of the continuous improvement of the diversification of training mode of engineering education,change oriented research-oriented talents in the elite education to the transformation of achievements in scientific research practice,training system guarantee on the basis of innovation,strengthen discipline and direction of diversification in education platform,cultivating engineering awareness of collaborative innovation,so as to improve the innovation ability of engineering graduate students and the ability to solve practical problems.
