The cultivation of students＇ practical ability is the most important in vocational colleges. For students major in microelectronics,this paper discusses the process and device simulation software Silvcaco application in the teaching innovation and practice,through the use of Silvaco, the students strengthen their analysis ability,strengthen the understanding of the professional knowledge,enhance their practical abilities.
