开放创新实验室的新疆高校实验班培养模式探讨——以新疆大学信息科学与工程学院电信工程实验班为例

本文探索了以开放创新实验室的高校实验班培养建设方法,设计了实验班开放创新实验室教学模式。该设计引入校企联合实验室,将大学生创新项目和毕业设计及学科竞赛相结合,建设个性化创新实践课程体系,组建结构合理的实验技术教师团队,开展以创新实验班为依托的创新型人才培养活动,在此基础上完成实验班的建设,以及创新实验室多个创新团队的组建。成功培养了一批优秀本科毕业和指导教师队伍,为其他班级教学改革提供了思路。

By exploring the methods of training and constructing the experimental class in open innovation laboratory,the experimental teaching mode of open and innovative laboratory is designed in this paper. In the design,the Joint Laboratory of school and enterprise is introduced,the students＇ innovative projects and graduation design and academic competitions are combined,practical curriculum system innovation is personalized construction,reasonable structure of the experimental teachers team was set up to carry out activities to cultivate innovative talents with innovation as the basis of the experimental class. On this basis,the construction of the experimental class and several innovative teams in the innovation laboratory were set up. A group of outstanding undergraduate graduates and teachers were successfully trained,which provided ideas for the reform of other classes.
