随着经济社会的发展及国家教育事业的发展,我国教育水平得到了极大提高,民办教育迅速崛起。但快速发展的同时,也存在一些问题,如:办学质量不平衡、教师队伍不稳定等,体现在教师工作任务重且工作热情不足、教师整体水平不高且职业倦怠、教师队伍结构不合理且流失严重等方面。

With the development of economic and social development and national education,the level of education in China has been greatly improved,the rapid rise of private education. But the rapid development at the same time,there are some problems existing in running quality is not balanced,the problem of teachers team is not stable.Reflected in teachers work tasks and lack of enthusiasm for the whole. The level of teachers is not high and the occupation burnout,unreasonable structure of teachers and the serious loss.
