浅谈罗杰斯人本主义理论在高校思想政治教育中的运用

摘要 高校思想政治教育一直是高校各项工作的重中之重,如何使思想政治教育发挥最大、最优效果,一直是高校思想政治教育工作者研究的主要课题。而心理学的快速发展,尤其是心理学在教育领域的运用,为思想政治教育者提供了一个新的突破点。罗杰斯作为一名心理学家、教育改革家,他的人本主义理论将对高校思想政治教育提供新的方向,因此对该理论的研究具有重要意义。 How to make the ideological and political education play its maximum and the best effects on the campus has always been the significant research subject for one who work in colleges and universities as it has always been the most crucial tasks. The rapid development of psychology,especially the use of psychology in education,provides a new breakthrough point for ideological and political education. As a psychologist and educational reformer,Rogers' s humanism theory will provide a new direction for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is the great significance to study this theory.
