中国地质大学(北京)土地资源管理专业就业情况分析

Employment Situation Analysis on Graduates of Land Resource Management in China University of Geosciences(Beijing)

此次研究旨在分析中国地质大学(北京)土地资源管理专业的就业情况,为该专业本科生培养方案修订提供参考。此次研究主要采用问卷调查法,面向1999-2011级土地资源管理本科毕业生发放调查问卷。根据调查问卷统计毕业校友从事行业、单位类别及所在岗位,并分析男校友、女校友及不同年级校友在这三个方面的差异性,最后根据研究结果提出了相关促进土地资源管理专业就业的建议。

This study aims to analyze the employment situation of graduates majoring in land resource management,then provides a reference for the revision of undergraduate training program. We use questionnaire method,and the questionnaires are released to 1999-2011 grade students who major in land resource management. According to the questionnaires,we count their work industries,unit categories and job positions,analyze the difference between alumnus and alumna as well as the difference among different grades in these three aspects. Finally,we put forward some suggestions to promote students＇ employment of land resource management.
