地方院校保险专业《人寿与健康保险》课程教学改革探索——以唐山师范学院为例

Teaching Reform of "Life and Health Insurance" Courses of Insurance Major in Local Universities——Taking Tangshan Normal University as an Example

地方院校保险专业《人寿与健康保险》课程的教学改革是培养保险应用型人才、满足地方保险市场用人需求的重要内容之一。本文以唐山师范学院为例,在分析了《人寿与健康保险》课程教学存在问题的基础上,从丰富理论课程教学方法、完善实践教学内容、制定科学合理的考核办法等三个方面提出了教学改革的基本路径。

The teaching innovation of ＂Life and Health Insurance＂ courses of insurance major in local universities is an important element to train practical talents and meet demands of the local insurance market. The paper takes Tangshan Normal University as an example,analysing the problem of the teaching of ＂Life and Health Insurance＂ courses,and proposing the basic paths of educational reform in three aspects：enrich the teaching method of the theory courses,perfect practice teaching contents and develop scientific and rational assessment methods.
