摘要
临床医学是实践性很强的学科,临床教学分为理论教学、临床见习和临床实习三部分。临床见习作为在本科阶段沟通基础理论学习与临床实习之间的桥梁,对于医学生来说是成长的必经之路,是培养和提高医学生运用所学理论知识进行思考以及临床思维养成的重要阶段,是实现由医学生向实习医生、向医生转变的必须过程。心胸外科是学生们所反映的在外科系统中较难掌握的一门学科,特别是在临床见习过程中对问诊、查体及诊断的把握上尤为突出。目前,各大医学院校已经开展了LPL(传统教学法)、CBL(以案例为基础教学法)教学方案,在一定程度上提升了学生的学习兴趣以及思维能力,但在进入到见习过程中时,我们观察到学生在理论知识联系到临床实际过程中仍有一定的进步空间。故此,笔者进行了LBL、CBL、PBL(以问题为基础教学法)三种联合的教学模式,在实际见习教学中培养学生的逻辑思维及临床思维能力。
Clinical medicine is a very practical subject,and clinical teaching is divided into three parts:theoretical teaching,clinical probation and clinical practice. Clinical probation is a bridge between the basic theory and clinical practice in the undergraduate stage of learning;for medical students,it is the only way to grow up. It is an important stage to train and improve the medical students to use their theoretical knowledge to think and to develop their clinical thinking ability. It is also a necessary course for medical students to change to an intern or a physician. Cardiothoracic surgery is a subject that is difficult to master in the surgical system. It is especially prominent in the process of clinical examination,such as interrogation,physical examination and diagnosis. At present,major medical colleges and universities have carried out the LPL(traditional teaching method),CBL(case based teaching method) teaching program. This improves the students' interest in learning and thinking ability in a certain extent,but in the application process,we observed that there are still some room for improvement in the process of theoretical knowledge linked to clinical practice. Therefore,we carried out three kinds of joint teaching model including LBL,CBL,PBL(question based teaching).In the actual probation teaching,we found it is a good way to train students' logical thinking level and clinical thinking ability.
