摘要
针对待选固定避难场所改造成本为区间数的情况,通过改进位置集合覆盖模型建立了避难场所选址模型,并利用LINGO软件对模型求解,最后通过算例验证了选址模型的可行性和有效性。
Considering renovation cost of alternative refuge is interval number,a location model of resident emergency congregate shelters was established through improving location set covering model,and the model was solved by using LINGO software,finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the location model was verified by an example.
