以职业为导向的中职电工电子专业教育之路的研究与探索

The Research and Explore of the Career-oriented Education in Secondary Vocational Electronics Professional

针对目前电子行业迅速发展的社会背景下中职电工电子专业却出现萎缩的现象,本文首先分析了中职电工电子专业的教育现状,探索了社会对电工电子技术人才的需求情况及相应的要求,然后讨论了该专业学生就业难的原因,最后以职业发展和社会需求为导向,结合电工电子专业的学科特点探讨了电子专业教育的改善策略,并寻求更有效的教育方式。

Vocational professional electrics and electronics shrinked in the context of the rapid development of the electronics industry. This paper analyzed the secondary vocational electronic professional education status quo,explored the social demand for electrical and electronic technology worker and the requirements,and then discussed the reasons of students＇ employment difficulty. Finally,to the career development and social needs as the guidance,we explored electronic professional education improvement strategies for more effective ways of education with the characteristics of electrical and electronic professional disciplines.
