摘要
在目前的药理学实验教学改革中,一些综合性实验或设计性实验比例不断增加,导致一些经典的验证性实验课时数大量减少。将经典的验证性实验制作成虚拟仿真实验项目,可以方便学生在课外自主学习,强化对理论知识的认知。此外,一些操作难度较大的实验制成虚拟仿真实验项目,可课前提供给学生预习或者课后复习,也有利于学生对实验技能的掌握。这种虚实互补的教学方法的实施,正成为现代化教学改革的发展趋势,本文以"药物对离体肠管平滑肌的作用"的实验为例,探讨仿真教学的实验设计与应用。
With the increase of reform of pharmacology experiment teaching,the proportion of comprehensive or design experiment increased while some classic experiment decreased. Make the classic verification experiment into a virtual simulation experiment is available for students learning independently,reinforced perceptions of the basic knowledge. In addition,some difficult experiments made into virtual simulation experiments can provide materials for students to preview and review after class,and improve the students' mastery of experiment. This kind of teaching method will be the development trend of modernized teaching reform. This article take "the effect of the M receptor drug on the smooth muscle of the isolated intestine" as an example,discussed the experimental design and application of virtual teaching.
