摘要
目的分析脑胶质瘤手术患者接受预见性护理干预的效果。方法选取河南省肿瘤医院128例脑胶质瘤手术患者,随机分为对照组和干预组各64例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组实施预见性护理干预,主要包括心理行为及并发症的预见性护理干预,分析2组患者的遵医依从性及满意度。结果干预组遵医依从性、满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理干预能有效提高脑胶质瘤手术患者的治疗依从性和满意度,效果良好,建议在临床实践中推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of predictive nursing intervention on glioma patients by surgery.Methods 128 patients with glioma in Henan Cancer Hospital were sclected and were randomly divided into control group and intervention group.The control group received routine care,the intervention group implemented predictive nursing intervention measures,which mainly included psychological behavior and complications.The compliance and satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results The compliance and nursing satisfaction of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention can effectively improve the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients with glioma surgery,and the effect is good,and it is recommended to promote the application in clinical practice.
