小儿病毒性脑炎的综合护理应用

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in viral encephalitis infant

目的探讨综合护理在小儿病毒性脑炎中的应用效果。方法选取2014-01—2016-05郑州大学第三附属医院接诊的93例病毒性脑炎患儿,按照随机数字表法分为观察组47例和对照组46例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取综合护理,比较2组护理效果。结果观察组头痛头晕、恶心/呕吐、发热、意识障碍缓解时间均低于对照组,运动功能康复总有效率高于对照组,干预后CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+水平高于对照组和干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组干预后CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+水平高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家属满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可显著提高小儿病毒性脑炎的疗效,缓解时间患儿头痛头晕、恶心/呕吐、发热、意识障碍,家属满意度较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in viral encephalitis infant.Methods 93cases of viral encephalitis infant from 2014/01to 2016/05were randomly divided into observation group（47cases）and control group（46cases）.The control group was treated with routine nursing;the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effects were compared.Results The remission time of headache and dizziness,nausea and vomiting,fever,disturbance of consciousness for the observation group were lower than the control group,the motor function rehabilitation total effective rate for the observation group were higher than the control group,the levels of CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD8^＋after intervention for the observation group were higher than the control group and before intervention（P〈0.05）;The levels of CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD8^＋after intervention for the control group were higher than before intervention（P〈0.05）;The satisfaction for the observation group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can enhance the clinical effects of viral encephalitis infant.It can improve the headache and dizziness,nausea and vomiting,fever,disturbance of consciousness with high family satisfaction,it is worthy of clinical application.
