目的探讨神经外科"三无"患者救治转归及资金管理工作。方法对100例院内"三无"患者救治转归及资金管理工作进行回顾与总结。结果强化并规范了院内有关神经外科"三无"患者救治转归流程,早期排除因医疗、护理过程中造成的各类不良隐患,保障了患者的生命安全及经济利益。结论通过强化并规范院内神经外科"三无"患者救治转归及资金管理工作,创新举措,及时有效保障了院内"三无"患者的生命安全与经济利益,同时建立良好的"互联网式"互帮服务链,能大幅度提升医院对"三无"患者的救治率。

Objective To analyze the neurosurgery treatment and fund management of ＂three-have-not＂ patients as.Methods We try to make reasonable measures to solve the problems that may occur during the process of the management through reviewing and summarizing the treatment and fund management of 100 cases of ＂three-have-not＂ patients.Results The treatment of ＂three-have-not＂ patients in the hospital was strengthened and standardized,and all kinds of defects caused by medical treatment and nursing were excluded in the early stage.It has guaranteed the life and economic benefits.Conclusion By in-depth treatment and fund management of ＂three-have-not＂ patients,innovative measures have ensured the life safety and economic benefits of ＂three-have-not＂ patients in a timely and effective manner,at the same time,establish a good ＂internet style＂ mutual help service chain,can greatly enhance the cure rates of hospital.
