麻醉药导致术后认知功能障碍的海马内机制研究进展 被引量:3

The role of general anesthetics and the mechanisms of hippocampal functions in the postoperative cognitive dysfunction

摘要 多个临证前期证据表明麻醉药物的作用可能对术后认知功能有一定影响,尤其对于依赖海马的空间记忆和学习功能。其作用方式可能通过多种途径,且不同药物的影响结果不同。本文从结构基础、神经炎症、神经元凋亡、神经传导、血脑屏障等方面对麻醉药导致术后认知功能改变的海马内机制研究进展进行综述。 Preclinical investigations demonstrated that postoperative memory functions may be influenced by anesthetics,especially the spatial memory and learning functions of hippocampus.Different anesthetics may have different pathways and outcomes on postoperative cognitive functions.This review discuss the recent progress of anesthetics influence on postoperative hippocampal cognitive dysfunction,mainly in the pathways of structure basics,neuroinflammation,neuronal apoptosis,nerve conduction and blood brain barrier.
