依达拉奉联合氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死的效果

Efficacy of Edaravone combined with Clopidogrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨依达拉奉联合氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法选取我院2015年8月~2017年8月收治的48例急性脑梗死患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各24例。对照组单纯使用氯吡格雷治疗,实验组采用依达拉奉联合氯吡格雷治疗。比较两组治疗的总有效率、治疗前后神经功能缺损(NHISS)评分、日常生活活动能力(Barthel)评分、不良反应发生情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率为95.83%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的神经功能缺损评分、日常生活活动能力评分差异显著,实验组治疗后各时间段的NHISS评分、Barthel评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对急性脑梗死患者,使用依达拉奉联合氯吡格雷的效果显著,可改善神经功能缺损评分,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Edaravone combined with Clopidogrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods By random number table method,48 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were divided into the control group and the experimental group,24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Clopidogrel alone,and the experimental group was treated with Edaravone combined with Clopidogrel.The total effective rate,neurological deficit（NHISS） score,activities of daily living（Barthel）score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the score of neurological deficit and the activity score of daily living in the two groups were significantly different.The NHISS scores and Barthel scores of the experimental groups were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion For patients with acute cerebral infarction,Edaravone combined with Clopidogrel treatment effect is significant,can improve the neurological function defect score,worthy of promotion and application in the future.
