高职院校土建专业学生职业能力培养的几点思考

Some Thoughts on the Cultivation of Civil Engineering Students' Professional Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges

职业能力的培养是高职教育培养应用型人才的目标,分析职业能力的内涵,基于毕业生职场调研数据,讨论了土建专业学生职业能力培养过程中存在的若干问题,从办学模式、人才培养模式、课程体系模式、教学组织模式、评教评学模式五个方面,提出了高职院校职业能力培养的具体途径,为高职院校学生职业能力培养路径提供了一定的借鉴价值。

Professional ability is the goal of higher vocational education to cultivate applied talents,the analysis of connotation of professional ability. Based on this research data,the civil engineering major college students＇ professional ability training is discussed some problems that exist in the process,from the system for running system,the personnel training pattern,the mode of Curriculum system,the model of teaching organization,the model of teaching and studying evaluation,this paper proposed the concrete paths for cultivating the professional ability in higher vocational colleges,students＇ professional ability training for higher vocational colleges path provides the certain reference value.
