论“因材施教”思想对高校思想政治教育的启示

On the Enlightenment of “Teaching Students in Accordance with their Aptitude” to the Ideological and Political Education in Higher Colleges

思想政治教育自古以来就受训于传统的儒家道德伦理教育思想,然而传统的思想政治教育已无法满足新时代的发展需求,面对高校思想政治教育的发展困境,儒家核心教育思想"因材施教"思想,能够因时而变,推陈出新,革故鼎新,又为高校思想政治教育的发展提供了可行的条件。本文通过结合当前教育体制改革的重点及要求,指出"因材施教"思想的继承与发展是新时期下中国高校思想政治教育发展和改革的指导思想。

The ideological and political education of colleges is trained in the traditional Confucian moral education thoughts,the traditional ideological and political education has been unable to meet the development of the times change rapidly. Facing the predicament of the development of college Ideological and political education,the core of Confucian thought of＂individualized＂education thought,can change over time,innovation,reform and innovation,and provide feasible conditions for colleges and universities the ideological and political education development. This paper combines the key points and requirements of the current education system reform,and points out that the inheritance and development of the idea of ＂Teaching Students in Accordance with their Aptitude＂is the guiding ideology for the development and reform of Chinese ideological and political education in the new era.
