工程风险视野下的伦理反思

Ethical Reflection from the Perspective of Engineering Risk

工程活动已成为当今社会物质文明进步发展的代表作,当工程给我们带来物质和精神果实的同时,人类也进入了一个高风险时代。本文论述了工程风险的不确定性、普遍性和可防范性的特点,从工程的决策、设计、运行角度分析风险的成因,从伦理的视角提出了生态、人文关怀原则建议,并提出了几点建议。敬畏工程伦理,不是悲剧过后的捶胸顿足,而是未雨绸缪的从容不迫,是势必突破"亡羊补牢"的路径依赖。

Engineering activities have become an important basis for the development of material and economic development in modern human society. The progress of engineering activities not only provides us with rich material enjoyment,but also enriches our spiritual life. However,while the project brings us material and spiritual benefits,human beings are also unwittingly entering a high risk era. This article from the concept of the project risk,this paper discusses project risk uncertainty,universality and defensive characteristics,from the project decision-making,design and operation analysis of the causes of risk,ecological and humanistic principle is proposed from the perspective of ethics,and finally puts forward suggestions about countermeasures.
