摘要
篮球作为一项大众化的体育运动,进行篮球训练不仅可以强身健体,还可以丰富人们的业余生活,提高人们的生活质量。在高校篮球教学作为体育教学的一部分。基于此,本文将结合当前高校篮球教学的实际情况,探讨篮球教学的改革思路,希望能够对高校的篮球教学提供一定的参考依据。
Basketball as a popular sport,basketball training can not only enhance physical fitness,but also enrich people＇s spare time life and improve people＇s quality of life. Basketball Teaching in Colleges and universities is a part of physical education.Based on this,this paper will combine with the actual situation of basketball teaching in colleges and universities,and explore the reform ideas of basketball teaching,hoping to provide some reference for basketball teaching in colleges and universities.
