摘要
当前新型环保聚脲硅酸盐防腐涂层需在涂层有机-无机交联杂化理论、粒径分布及控制、反应工艺参数方面布局研究,可通过纳米材料或偶联剂的改性制备与无机防腐盐具有良好匹配性能的有机树脂,同时需解决涂层体系搭配、行业标准建立、产品成本控制等问题,以形成适用于不同领域重防腐的共性技术。
At present, we need to research on the coating organic and inorganic cross-linking hybrid theory, particle size distribution and control, and reaction process parameters of the layout study. The organic resin of good compatibility with inorganic preservative salt can be prepared by modification of nanometer material or coupling agent. At the same time, we need to solve the coating system with industry standards, product cost control and other issues to form a common technology adapted to different area of heavy anti-corrosion.
