Thoughts on Modern Organic Renewal of Local Architecture under the New Normal——The Case of Xiaojiang Village of Mayang in Huaihua

本文通过透析怀化市小江村现状建筑的发展趋势,思考乡土建筑的有机更新。从地域文化的角度,新常态的背景,中观层面的维度切入,采取基因提取法,探讨现代建筑发展的新思维、新方向和新路径,目的是模糊新与旧的边界,增强建筑文化内涵的浸透,活化乡村生活,促进乡村发展,留住自然,守住乡愁。

This paper analyzes the development trend of the present building in the Xiaojiang village of Huaihua, and thinks about the organic renewal of the local architecture. From the angle of regional culture, the new normal background, starting the meso level dimension, adopt the gene extraction method, explore new ideas, new directions and new path of development of modern architecture, the purpose of the new and the old boundary is fuzzy, enhance the cultural connotation of the building into the activation of rural life, promote rural development, keep the natural, hold nostalgia.
