摘要
随着中、小城市交通的迅猛发展,快速公交系统在越来越多的城市出现,其主要功能与城市轨道交通类似,都鼓励公众使用公共交通出行,并且承载了这个城市中相当大量的客流。虽然在老城区中受限于建成环境以及经济体量的限制,并没有必要把每个快速公交站点建成城市综合体(立体布局),但"城市综合体"所包含的功能却可以在平面上分解在快速公交站点周边(平面布局)。本文以厦门市快速公交1号线的东芳山庄站为例,分析了站点周围空间的现状问题,讨论如何在点与线的层面上通过城市设计将新建的快速公交站点与周边环境紧密结合起来,并且分析了什么样的空间更可能给站点周边的老城带来活化。最后,结合站点周边现状用地使用情况,提出可能的空间改进意见。
With the rapid development of traffic in small citiesand medium-sized cities, the rapid transit system appears in more and more cities. Its main function is similar to that of urban rail transit. The public are encouraged to use public transport,and the rapid transit systemshould carry a considerable amount of passenger. Because of the set up environment and the economic volume, it is not necessary to build every fast transit site into a city complex(three-dimensional layout) in the old city. However, we can break down the functions of the"urban complex" into flat layout. This paper takes the Dongfangshanzhuang Station of Xiamen Bus Rapid Transit Line 1 as an example to analyze the current situation of the surrounding space of the site and discuss the way of combine new bus stations with surrounding environment with urban design in the point and line, Next,author point out what kinds of space are more likely to bring the activation in old town around the site. Finally, combined with the use of the site around the status quo, some improvement suggestion in space are proposed.
