基于城市综合效益的广州市首批地铁站点出入口便民设施规划设计实践

Planning and Design Practice of the Intranet Facilities of the First Subway Stations in Guangzhou Based on the Comprehensive Efficiency of the City

地铁站点出入口是城市人流最密集的地段之一。文章在梳理当前众多地铁站点出入口存在城市形象差、服务功能不足、用地粗放等问题的基础上,以广州市首批地铁站点出入口便民设施规划设计实践为例,提出了结合地铁站点出入口建设便民设施的以解决相应问题、实现城市综合效益的新思路,并探索了针对地铁站点便民设施的＂五位一体＂规划控制程序和具体规划方法,为规划建设面向市民及游客的最人性化便民设施,打造系统性、网络型城市CI精品建筑提供了有效路径。
