基于SD法的保障性住房小区公共服务设施适老性满意度评价——以西城家园为例

SD法（Semantic Differential Method）也称为语义差异分析法,是心理学领域运用于空间感知研究的一种方法。这种调查方法依靠简化并抽出人们潜在地感觉到的意识,探寻与空间的物理性要素之间的关系。在本次对保障性住房公共服务设施的适老化研究中,选择长春市西城家园为研究对象,通过调查老年居民对本社区25项有关公共服务设施适老化的满意度,运用SD法刻画居民对社区公共服务设施感知的基本印象,进而运用SPSS.17分析评价社区公共服务设施适老化得出的公因子及因子间的关系。

Then use SPSS.17 analysis to evaluate the public factors and factors of community public service facilities aging.
