基于集装箱模块化设计理论的高校建筑再利用研究

摘要 集装箱模块化设计是集装箱建筑为满足当代建筑需求应用而生的,在我国目前广泛适用于工地、灾区和保障房等临时单一性建筑领域,具有快捷方便、灵活多样和资源节约与环境友好等特点。本文以西安建筑科技大学原热力中心建筑为研究对象,引入集装箱模块化设计理论和生态设计策略,通过对场地环境分析和空间改造,使原本废弃的建筑获得新生和再利用。希望通过本文研究可以为高校建筑和其他类似民用建筑的再利用提供新的思路和方法。 The modular design of containers is the result of the application of container buildings to meet the needs of contemporary buildings. It is currently widely used in construction areas such as construction sites, disaster areas, and affordable housing, and is characterized by speed, convenience, flexibility, resource conservation, and environmental friendliness.. This paper takes the original thermal center building of Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology as the research object, introduces the container modular design theory and ecological design strategy. Through the analysis of the site environment and the space transformation, the originally abandoned buildings are regenerated and reused. It is hoped that this study can provide new ideas and methods for the reuse of college buildings and other similar civil buildings.
