摘要
节段式多级离心泵是一种广泛应用于工农业等国民经济各个行业的机械装备,由于其结构的复杂性,对其水力性能优化和平衡轴向力一直是多级离心泵的研究重点。文中以型号为D46-50X4的节段式多级离心泵为研究对象,建立了叶轮和导叶对中、叶轮相对导叶左移1mm、左移2 mm、右移1 mm、右移2 mm五种装配关系的单级全流场水体模型,选取0.25Q、0.5Q、0.8Q、1.0Q、1.5Q、2.0Q六个工况点进行数值模拟计算,根据计算得到的单级扬程、效率和轴向力及其分力值,做出不同工况下相关受力曲线图,分析总结了多级离心泵轴向力及其分力、单级扬程和效率在不同工况、不同轴向间隙时的变化规律。
Sectional multi-stage centrifugal pump, a kind of mechanical equipment, is widely used in all sectors of the national economy including industry and agriculture. Due to the complexity of its structure, hydraulic performance optimization and axial force balancing have always been the focus of study. The paper takes D46-50X4 sectional multi-stage centrifugal pump as the object of study. Single-stage full-field water models with five assembly relationships, i.e., impeller and guide vane centrally aligned, impeller 1 mm to the left, 2 mm to the left, 1 mm to the right, and 2 mm to the right relative to guide vane, are established. Six operating points are selected for numerical simulation, respectively, 0.25Q, 0.5Q, 0.SQ, 1.0Q, 1.5Q, and 2.0Q. Force curves at different conditions are plotted on the basis of the calculated single-stage head, efficiency, axial force and component force. The change law of the axial force, component force, single-stage head and efficiency of the multi-stage centrifugal pump at different conditions and different axial clearances is analyzed and summarized.
