摘要 依据250 km/h和350 km/h高铁路线架桥的需求,提出了一个新型铁路架桥机金属结构设计方案。主梁在架桥机中起承担起吊梁片的功能作用,是架桥机一个重要部件。采用有限元大型结构分析软件Ansys对架桥机主梁结构进行模态分析,计算出架桥机主梁各阶固有频率及相应振型。结果表明,架桥机主梁水平与垂直基频大于控制值,设计满足动态要求。对于主梁最大振幅出现的位置,主梁设计时应加强对应部位的强度和刚度,从而达到对主梁金属结构的合理设计。 A metal structure design scheme is proposed for a new railway bridge girder erecting machine to meet the needs of bridge girder erection along 250 km/h and 350 km/h high-speed rail routes. The main beam, an important component of bridge girder erecting machine, is used to hoist girder. Large-scale finite element analysis software Ansys is used for modal analysis on the structure of the main beam of bridge girder erecting machine, and natural frequency of each order and corresponding vibration mode of the main beam are calculated. The results show that the horizontal and vertical fundamental frequencies of the main beam are greater than the control value and the design meets the dynamic requirements. As for the position where the maximum amplitude occurs, strength and rigidity shall be strengthened in particular during the design of the main beam so that the metal structure of the main beam is reasonable.
