摘要
升船机联合调试工作虽隶属于水电建设工程领域,但因其自身行业特点明显区别于普通水电工程,导致调试过程中安全管理工作难度的增加。文中将模糊数学综合评价法应用于某升船机联合调试系统的安全管理工作中,从主提升系统、承船厢系统、闸首系统以及安全管理4个主评价因素着手,利用12个分系统单元和36个基层子因素开展多层次综合评价,最后得到升船机联合调试系统的安全评价结果。该方法可为国内升船机联合调试过程的安全管理工作提供参考模式。
Although joint debugging of ship lift is a part of hydropower engineering, safety management during the debugging is very challenging because this task is distinctly different from general hydropower engineering. In the paper, fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method is applied in the safety management of the joint debugging system of a ship lift, The method takes 4 main evaluation factors into account, respectively main hoisting system, ship lift chamber system, lock head system and safety management. In addition, 12 subsystem units and 36 primary sub-factors are considered for multi-level comprehensive evaluation. Finally, safety evaluation results of the joint debugging system of the ship lift are obtained. The method can provide some implications for the safety management of joint debugging of ship lifts at home.
