对构建四川可持续粮食安全体系的思考

Pondering on the Establishment of Sichuan Sustainable Food Security System

四川已基本实现粮食安全,但四川的粮食安全水平较低,粮食安全体系尚比较脆弱,粮食安全的可持续性不强,有必要继续加强粮食安全体系建设。四川具有实现可持续粮食安全的自然潜力,但也面临诸多困难。本文在分析粮食安全现状和环境的基础上,提出了构建面向21世纪的四川粮食安全体系的思路与方略。

The food security is almost realized in Sichuan,but the level is rather low,and food security system is weak and unsustainable.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the establishment of food security system in Sichuan.Sichuan has natural potentialities and also the difficulties in realizing the sustainable food security.Based on the analysis of food security situation and environment,this paper presents the thoughts and strategies on the establishment of21st century-oriented sustainable food security system in Sichuan.
