减张分段外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of External Dissection and Internal Ligation in the Tension Reduction & Segmentation for Treating Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

为探讨减张分段外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效,将2016年1月至2017年8月黑龙江东大肛肠医院收治的60例环状混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组采用减张分段外剥内扎术治疗,对照组采用传统的混合痔外剥内扎术治疗。对比2组患者治愈率、创面愈合时间、术后肛门狭窄及皮赘形成情况。结果显示,观察组治愈率(100%)略高于对照组(96.7%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组创面愈合时间[(21.98±5.15)d]明显短于对照组[(28.05±5.03)d],P<0.05;观察组术后均无肛门狭窄情况发生及皮赘形成,而对照组发生率分别为6.7%(2/30)和10.0%(3/30),P<0.05。结果表明,减张分段外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔疗效确切,创面愈合快,术后并发症少,值得临床推广应用。

To explore the clinical efficacy of external dissection and internal ligation in the tension reduction ＆ segmentation for treating circumferential mixed hemorrhoids, 60 cases of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids treated in authors hospital from 2016-01 to 2017-08 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases for each. The former were treated with above-mentioned therapy, while the latter received traditional external dissection and internal ligation. The curative rate, wound surface healing time, postoperative anal stenosis and skin tag formation status were compared between the two groups.As results,in curative rate, the former （ 100.0%） was a little higher than the latter （96.7%）, but there was no statistical difference（ P〉0.05 ）.In the wound-surface healing time, the former [-（21.98±5.15）d] was obviously shorter than the latter [（28.05±5.03） d], P〈0.05.There was no anal stenosis and skin tag formation in the former;but in the latter,the incidence rate was 6.7%（2/30）and 10.0%（3/30） respectively（ P〈0.05）.The results show that the above-mentioned therapy used in the former in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids has certain effect. It can make wound surface recovery fast and has less postoperative complications.Therefore,it is worthy to be popularized and used clinically.
