微创悬吊缝扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床观察

Minimally Invasive Surgery with Suture & Ligation and Suspension in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids:Clinical Observation

为观察微创悬吊缝扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效,选取混合痔患者145例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组(74例)予以微创悬吊缝扎术治疗,对照组(71例)给予微创根治术治疗。对比2组患者的手术疗效及术后疼痛、水肿、出血、肛门坠胀等并发症指标。结果显示,微创悬吊缝扎术与微创根治术具有相似的手术疗效,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与微创根治术相比,微创悬吊缝扎术能改善术后疼痛、水肿、肛门坠胀等并发症,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但在出血方面,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果表明,微创悬吊缝扎术治疗环状混合痔疗效确切,具有创伤小、术后并发症少、恢复快的特点。

This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive surgery with suture ＆ liga- tion and suspension in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,selected 145 cases of this dis ease and divided them into observation group and control one.The former （74 cases） was treated with mini mally invasive surgery with suture ＆ ligation and suspension,while the latter （71 cases）with minimally in- vasive radical surgery.The operative efficacy and the indexes of postoperative complications such as pain, edema,bleeding and anal tenesmus of the two groups were compared. As results, the two methods used in the two groups had the similar efficacy,there was no statistical difference（ P〉0.05）.But the minimally in- vasive surgery with suture ＆ ligation and suspension can improve the status on postoperative complications such as pain,edema,anal tenesmus,etc, there was statistical difference between the two groups（ P 0.05）. However,in bleeding there was no statistical difference between the two groups（ P〉0.05）. The results show that the minimally invasive surgery with suture ＆ ligation and suspension in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids has certain efficacy, and has such merits as little trauma, less postoperative complications and fast recovery.
