黄土汤合剂直肠滴注治疗内痔便血的临床观察

Dripping Huangtutang Mixture into Rectum in the Treatment of Hematochezia from Internal Hemorrhoids

为观察黄土汤合剂直肠滴注治疗脾虚气弱型内痔便血的临床疗效,将内痔便血患者84例分为2组,观察组43例采用黄土汤合剂直肠滴注进行治疗,对照组41例采用康复新液直肠滴注治疗。对比2组患者便血及痔黏膜情况,并进行疗效评估。结果显示,观察组和对照组总有效率分别为88.4%和78.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗5天后,观察组便血及痔黏膜情况积分均明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,黄土汤合剂直肠滴注治疗脾虚气弱型内痔便血疗效肯定,值得临床推广。

This study was to observe the clinical effect of dripping Huangtutang mixture into rectum in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids hematochezia from spleen deficiency and qi weakness type, divided the 84 patients into observation group（n=43） and control group（n =41）;the former adopted above therapy, meanwhile the latter was still treated with Kangfuxin liquid by dripping into rectum;then compared both group＇s hematochezia symptom and the status on hemorrhoids mucosa,so that evaluated their effect.As resuits,the total effective rate of the former was higher than that of the latter（88.4% vs 78.0%, P〈0.05） ; after treatment of 5 days the score on hematochezia symptom and hemorrhoids mucosa status in the former were significantly lower than that in the latter （ P〈0.05）.Results show that dripping Huangtutang mixture into rectum for above-mentioned internal hemorrhoids hematochezia has certain effect, which is wor-thy of popularization in clinic.
