低切减张高位结扎挂线术治疗高位肛瘘的疗效观察

Low Incision & Tension Reduction and High Ligation & Thread-drawing in the Treatment of High Anal Fistula:Effect Observation

为了观察低切减张高位结扎挂线术治疗高位肛瘘的临床疗效,选取2010年1月至2016年1月我科收治的高位肛瘘患者80例作为研究对象,并随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组患者采用低切减张高位结扎挂线术治疗,对照组患者采用传统的切开挂线术治疗。对比2组患者术后疗效、创面愈合时间、术后疼痛程度及肛门功能。结果表明,2组患者治愈率均为100%。但观察组患者术后疼痛程度、创面愈合时间及肛门功能均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结果显示,低切减张高位结扎挂线术治疗高位肛瘘具有疗效好、疼痛轻、复发率低、肛门括约肌功能受损程度轻等优点,值得临床推广。

In order to observe the clinical efficacy of low incision ＆ tension reduction and high ligation ＆ thread-drawing in the treatment of high anal fistula, selected 80 cases with high anal fistula treated in author＇s department from Jan. 2010 to Jan. 2016 as research subjects and randomly divided them into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The former was treated with low incision ＆ tension reduction and high ligation ＆ thread-drawing,while the latter with conventional incision and thread-draw-ing procedure.The postoperative efficacy,wound-surface healing time, postoperative pain degree and anal function were compared between the two groups.As results, the curative rates of the two groups were all 100%0. However, postoperative pain degree, wound-surface healing time and anal function in observation group were better than those in control group （ P〈0.05）.The results show that the procedure used in the former has was light.It Key Words such merits as good efficacy, mild pain, low recurrence rate;the injury degree of anal sphincter is worthy of clinically popularized.
