清洁灌肠与肠道水疗对肛肠病术前肠道准备效果的对比研究

Comparison on the Efficacy of Clean Enema and Bowel Hydrotherapy in Implementing Preoperative Bowel Preparation of Anorectal Diseases

为了对比清洁灌肠与肠道水疗对肛肠病术前肠道准备的效果,选择我院2016年1月至2017年1月行手术治疗的混合痔患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组术前采用肠道水疗,对照组术前采用清洁灌肠,对2组患者肠道准备清洁度、舒适度、术后控便时间等进行回顾性分析。结果显示,观察组在肠道清洁度、舒适度、术后控便时间等方面明显优于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,与清洁灌肠相比,肛肠病患者术前采用肠道水疗做肠道准备清洁效果更好、患者舒适度更高、术后控便时间更长,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to compared the efficacy of clean enema and bowel hydrotherapy in implemen- ting preoperative bowel preparation of anorectal diseases, selected 100 patients with mixed hemorrhoids subject to surgery in author＇s hospital from Jan. 2016 to Jan. 2017 as reasearch object and randomly divided them into observation group and control group, 50 cases for each, which the former adopted bowel hydro-therapy,while the latter adopted clean enema; then both group＇s clear degree, satisfactory degree, and the faeces-controlled time were compared and analysed retrospectively.As results,in above mentioned 3 indexes the former was all superior to the latter, there was statistical difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05）.Results show that compared with clean enema, anorectal disease patients before surgery adopting bowel hydrotherapy can obtain more clear efficacy, higher satisfactory degree, and longer time for faeces- controlling, thus bowel hydrotherapy is worthy to be popularized use clinically.
