技术创新活动是否具有规模递增效果,一直是学术界争论的焦点。由于企业规模对技术创新同时产生的正负效应,所以不同规模企业的技术创新存在特征差异和优劣势。利用中小企业和大型企业的技术创新优劣势,提出技术创新的适度规模概念与制度安排。

It has been a focus of theoretic argument whether there is a scale effect in technological innovation.Enterprise scale has both positive and negative impacts on technological innovation,therefore there are characteristic differences,advantages and disadvantages of technological innovation of enterprises in different scales.On the basis of comparative study on the advantages and disadvantages of technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises and large enterprises,the paper puts forward the concept and systems of technological innovation in a proper scale.
