摘要
本文提出并解释了企业创新路径的概念,将创新路径划分为能力强化型和能力破坏型两种基本类型,并对PLC各阶段创新路径的作用机理、不同路径对企业竞争绩效的影响状况作了详尽的分析。
In this paper,the authors propose and define the concept of innovation paths,and also classify it into two basic types,i.e.competence-enhance type and competence-destroy type.Then the authors expound the function mechanism of innovation path during different phases of PLC as well as the influence of different innovation paths on enterprise competition performance.
