摘要
本文讨论了基础研究特性及其当代变化 ,研究了基础研究活动在当代国家目标视阈中的作用和意义以及如何关联基础研究与国家目标及其评价问题 ,提出了首先应该关注如何评价国家目标设定和优先领域资助等问题。
this paper discuss characteristics of basic-research and its changes in the present, investigate actions and meanings of the basic-research in the visual thresholds with the contemporary national goals, as well as how associate with both. In China goal, it be suggested that first focus on issues that how aim be enacted and first domain be made, and leading manner, etc.
