基于抽象阶梯理论的新型城镇信息化战略要素指标体系探析

Analysis on the Strategic Elements of the New Urban Informatization Based on the Abstraction Ladder Theory

【目的/意义】新型城镇化是"以人为本",既重效率,更重质量的城镇化。在城镇化建设中,利用信息化手段去推进社会、经济、文化和城镇居民等方面的转型,有利于城镇化健康发展。本文探索和把握城镇化和信息化发展的互动规律,为新型城镇信息化科学发展提供理论指导。【方法/过程】基于认知过程的抽象阶梯理论,遵循"概念构建——维度分析——要素确定——指标选取"的步骤,分别从环境层面和主体层面,分析影响新型城镇信息化战略发展的要素和指标。【结果/结论】构建了新型城镇信息化战略要素指标体系。

【Purpose/significance】The new type of urbanization is＂people oriented＂,which means both efficiency and quality.In the process of urbanization,using information technology to promote social,economic,cultural and urban residents and other aspects of the transformation,is conducive to the healthy development of urbanization.To provide theoretical guidance for the scientific development of the new urban informatization,this paper explores the interaction between urbanization and informatization【.Method/process】According to Eliezer Gessler’s abstraction ladder theory,following the steps of＂concept construction--dimension analysis--factor determination--index selection＂,the paper analyses the elements and indicators which affecting the development of new urban informatization strategy from the perspective of subject and object【.Result/conclusion】A new urban informatization index system is constructed.
