网络关系、知识匹配与后发企业技术创新的协同演化——基于修正药业的案例分析

Study on the Synergetic Evolution of Network Relationship, Knowledge Matching and Technology Innovation of Latecomer Firm——Case Analysis Based on Xiuzheng

【目的/意义】通过社会网络促进技术创新是后发企业实现企业技术追赶的有效途径。【方法/过程】本文梳理了社会网络、知识匹配及技术创新之间的关系。网络关系通过知识促进企业技术创新;知识匹配成为影响网络关系和技术创新的中介条件。通过对修正药业的案例研究,分析了不同发展阶段后发企业的技术创新实现及演化路径。【结果/结论】不同发展阶段的企业层与网络层的知识不同以及为了弥补知识距离而构建的网络关系不同,其技术创新路径也不同。网络关系和知识匹配的协同是后发企业技术创新升级的关键。本研究完善了后发企业技术创新路径的相关研究,为本土企业技术创新提供了借鉴。

【Purpose/significance】Technology innovation through social network is an effective approach for the latercomer firms to catch up with and surpass other firms.【Method/process】The relationship among social network, knowledge matching and technology innovation is reviewed. Network relationship improve technological innovation of enterprises by means of knowledge. Kowledge matching is the intermediary condition of the influence of network relationship on technology innovation. Based on the case analysis of Xiu Zheng, the implementation and evolution path of latecomer firm＇s technology innovation in different develop stages is analyzed.【Result/conclusion】The result shows that in different stages of development the knowledge of enterprise layer and network layer is different, and the network relationships, which are built to make up for knowledge distance, are different, and the path of technology innovation is different.The synergy of network relationship and knowledge matching is the key factor for the latercomer firm＇s innovation and upgrading.The paper improves and perfects the researches of latercomer firm＇s technology innovation path,and provides references for the local enterprise technology innovation.
