摘要
科学院大学是我国近年来新出现的一种大学模式,以中国科学院大学和中国社会科学院大学为代表。这种新型大学无论是在学校的组织形态上还是在人才培养模式中都体现出与传统大学不一样的特征。从生成逻辑上看,科学院大学的成立首先是对当代"科教融合"大潮的顺应,其次是为国家培养领军人才的关键举措,再次是我国科学院系统寻求自身合法性的积极探索,最后也是为了探索中国特色高等教育发展的新模式。作为一种新生事物,科学院大学需在未来的发展中不断完善自身的制度与结构,同时协调好与外界各方的联系,通过多样化的办学创新打造出"科教融合"的国家级试验田,并聚焦于新兴学科的建设与发展,从而力争开辟出我国"双一流"建设的"第二种路径"。
The University of Sciences Academy of is a new model that has emerged in recent years in China. We take the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (UCASS) sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences for example. This new university pattern reflects the characteristics different from traditional universities both in the organizational form of the school and in the talent training model. Seen from the logic of generation, first, the appearance of the University of Academy of Sciences is a relative response to the combination of science and education. Second, the foundation of the University of Academy of Sciences is to satisfy the country's need for leading talent. Besides, the establishment of the Academy of Sciences is also a main measure for the Chinese Academy of Sciences to explore its own legitimacy in modern times. Finally, the establishment of the University of Academy of Sciences is still a vital exploration of a developing new pattern of higher education with Chinese own features. As a new university pattern, the Universities of Academy of Sciences needs to start from five aspects to achieve its aims: first, the Academy of Sciences needs to further improve its own organizational structure. Second, the University of the Academy of Sciences needs to create a good external environment for the development of the school. Third, the Universities of Academy of Sciences needs to continuously devote itself to the innovation of the talent cultivation model and strive to create an experimental field worldwide of science and education integration. Fourth, the Universities of Academy of Sciences focus on its own advantages and development of the cutting-edge emerging disciplines. In conclusion, the Universities of Academy of Sciences shall devoted to exploiting the "second path" for Chinese double-rate construction.
