补肾健脾活血法防治废用性肌萎缩理论探讨

Theoretical discussion of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Method in Prevention and Treatment of Disuse Muscle Atrophy

通过分析废用性肌萎缩的病因病机,认为废用性肌萎缩与中医学之肉痿关系最为密切,其发生与脾肾两虚、血瘀相关。脾主身之肌肉,脾虚导致肌肉失于濡养,痿废不用;肾主骨生髓,骨枯导致肌肉不荣,且脾肾相互资生,相互影响,先天之本肾若有不足,可致后天之本脾虚损而使肌肉痿废不用;血主濡之,肌肉需要血液的濡养才能丰润,血瘀则会导致肌肉萎缩。在总结分析历代医家对本病研究的基础上,结合现代医学实验研究,提出应采用补肾健脾活血法治疗废用性肌萎缩。因其病位主要在脾肾,应以补肾健脾法为主,兼以活血化瘀法辅之,以达到充养筋骨肌肉防治废用性肌萎缩的目的。

By analyzing the TCM etiology and pathogenesis of disuse muscle atrophy,it is considered that the disease is most closely related to the atrophy of the flesh in TCM ,and its occurrence is closely related to the deficiency of both spleen and kidney and blood stasis. The muscles dominated by the spleen and the spleen deficiency leads to muscle failure of nourishment ,atrophy and disuse. The kidney dominates the bone and generates the marrow,withered bone leads to muscle failure of nourishment. The spleen and kidney promote and affect each other. Kidney as the congenital root,kidney deficiency can result in spleen deficiency,muscle atrophy and disuse. Blood moistening the muscles,blood stasis can cause muscle atrophy. Summarizing and analyzing the studies on disuse myoatrophy of the physicians in the ancient as the basis, combined with the modern medical experimental study,Bushen Jianpi Huoxue method is applied to treat disuse muscle atrophy,located in the spleen and kidney,treated mainly by tonifying the kidney,invigorating the spleen,assisted by activating blood and resolving stasis to nourish muscles,bones and tendons,prevent and treat disuse myoatrophy.
