摘要
目的:观察连翘水煎液对化疗模型小鼠胃肠运动及胃肠激素水平的影响,初步探讨连翘调节胃肠动力的作用机制。方法:腹腔注射顺铂建立化疗小鼠模型,观察不同剂量连翘对模型小鼠胃排空和小肠推进的影响;酶联免疫法检测血清中胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)、生长抑素(SS)水平。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组小鼠胃残留明显增加、小肠推进率显著加快(均P〈0.001);连翘高、中剂量可显著改善模型小鼠胃排空延缓和小肠推进亢进(分别P〈0.001、P〈0.01)。模型小鼠血清MTL、GAS、SS含量均显著降低(分别为P〈0.05,P〈0.01,P〈0.05),连翘高剂量均可显著拮抗模型小鼠血清MTL、GAS、SS含量降低(分别P〈0.001,P〈0.05,P〈0.001)。结论:连翘对顺铂所致的小鼠胃排空延缓和小肠推进亢进具有显著改善作用,其作用机制之一可能是通过调节MTL、GAS、SS等胃肠激素水平而发挥作用。
Objective:To observe the effects of Lianqiao(Forsythiae fructus) Decoction on the gastrointestinal motility and gastrointestinal hormone levels in mice after chemotherapy,and to explore the mechanism of Lianqiao(Forsythiae fructus) Decoction regulating gastrointestinal motility. Methods:Intraperitoneal injection of cisplatin established the mice models after chemotherapy to observe the effects of the different does of Lianqiao(Forsythiae fructus) on mice models of gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion. Serum motilin(MTL) and gastrin(GAS),somatostatin(SS) levels were examined by ELISA method. Results:Compared with the normal control group,the gastric residue in the model group was significantly increased,the propulsive rate of small intestine was significantly accelerated(P〈0.001). High and middle doses of Lianqiao (Forsythiae fruetus) can significantly improve gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion rate(P〈0.001 and P〈0.01 respectively). Serum levels of MTL,GAS,SS in the mice models were significantly reduced (P〈0.05,P〈0.01,P〈0.05 respectively). High dose of Lianqiao(Forsythiae fructus) could significantly against the serum level lower of MTL, GAS, SS (respectively P〈0.001, P〈0.05 ,P〈0.001 ). Conclusion: Lianqiao (Forsythi- ae fructus) Decoction can significantly improve the delayed gastric emptying and small intestine hyperfunction of mice induced by eisplatin,and one of its mechanisms may be to regulate the levels of gastrointesti- nal hormones such as MTL,GAS and SS.
