经尿道绿激光膀胱肿瘤切除术对膀胱癌患者手术并发症及预后的影响

Influence of Operation Complication and Prognosis of Transurethral Green Laser Resection for Bladder Tumor

目的研究膀胱癌患者应用经尿道绿激光膀胱肿瘤切除术对其术中出血量及预后影响。方法选取郑州市第一人民医院2014年3月—2016年12月间收治的膀胱癌患者68例,分别应用经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(对照组,n=34),经尿道绿激光膀胱肿瘤切除术(观察组,n=34)治疗,统计对比两组手术情况,术后恢复情况及术后并发症发生情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组术中出血量较少,手术时间、尿管留置时间及住院时间均较短,差异有统计学意义;观察组、对照组并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义,复发率比较差异无统计学意义。结论经尿道绿激光膀胱肿瘤切除术治疗膀胱癌疗效确切,术中出血量少,预后效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of green laser resection for bladder tumors compared with transurethral electroresection of bladder tumor（ TURBT）. Methods 68 patients with primary non-muscle invasive bladder tumor from Mar. 2014 to Dec 2016 were treated by green laser resection（ oberserver group,n = 34） and transurethral electroresection（ TURBT,control group,n = 34） retrospectively. The clinical characteristics of in-operation,post-operation and operation complication were analyzed and compared in the two groups. Results Through comparing the control group,there were less blood loss,operative time,indwelling urinary catheter time in the oberserv group. There was significant difference between the two groups for the occurrence rate of operation complication. However,there was no significant difference in recurrence of bladder cancer between the two groups. Conclusions It is feasible,safe and effective alternative for the green laser treatment of primary non-muscle—invasive bladder tulrlors,with fewer perioperative complications and less blood loss.
