摘要
以22个不同燕麦品种(系)为材料,于孕穗抽穗期、灌浆期叶面喷施不同浓度硒酸钠,成熟期测定籽粒硒、钙、镁、铜、铁、锰、锌及硫含量,研究硒酸钠喷施对籽粒硒及其他矿质元素含量的影响。结果表明:叶面喷施硒酸钠可以显著提高燕麦籽粒硒含量,但增幅因品种而异;不同浓度硒处理籽粒总硒含量随着硒喷施浓度的增加而增加。喷施硒酸钠后,籽粒中不同矿物质元素对叶面喷施硒酸钠的响应不同,籽粒中硒与其他元素的积累既有协同也有拮抗作用,因矿质元素种类、燕麦品种和施硒量而异。总体而言,喷施高浓度硒降低了燕麦籽粒中铜、铁、锌、镁含量,提高了锰含量,但对钙和硫没有影响。
To study the effects of foliar application of selenate on concentration of total selenium(Se)and other mineral elements in grains of different oat genotypes,four selenium levels,0(CK),100(Se1),200(Se2)and 300(Se3)mg·kg^-1,were sprayed uniformly onto 22 oat cultivars for the first time at booting stage and a second time at sprouting stage.The concentrations of Se,Ca,Mg,Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn and S were measured using ICP.Selenate application significantly increased Se concentrations in grains of oats,but varied with cultivars.The averaged total Se concentrations were 1.85,4.59,8.95 and 14.66 mg·kg^-1 for CK,Se1,Se2 and Se3,respectively.The other mineral elements responded either synergistically or antagonistically to selenate application,depending on mineral types,oat genotypes and Se dosages.In general,selenate application decreased the concentrations of Cu,Fe,Zn and Mg but increased Mn concentration,and had no effects on Ca and S concentrations in grains.
