摘要
在小麦孕穗期进行施氮处理,采用环境扫描电子显微镜结合能谱仪元素分析技术,对8个品种小麦籽粒的外胚乳、内胚乳、糊粉层和果皮4个部位铝含量进行测定,分析施氮处理对小麦籽粒中铝含量的影响。结果表明:铝在小麦籽粒不同部位的含量存在明显的差异,含量由高到低依次为内胚乳、外胚乳、果皮、糊粉层;不同品种小麦籽粒中铝的积累量存在遗传差异,籽粒不同部位铝的积累量也不同;孕穗期施氮处理显著提高小麦籽粒不同部位中铝含量,同时也提高小麦籽粒不同部位铝含量的相关系数。这一研究显示,小麦籽粒不同部位对铝的积累量不同,同时对氮素的响应程度也存在明显差异。
Using environmental scanning electron microscopy and X-ray energy disperse spectroscopy,eight wheat cultivars under nitrogen treatments were used to determine the aluminum contents in inner endosperm,out endosperm,aleurone layer,and pericarp in grains.The results showed that:Aluminum content at different positions in wheat grain were in decreasing order of inner endosperm,outer endosperm,pericarp and aleurone layer.There was a genetic difference in the accumulation of aluminum in the grain of different wheat varieties,and the accumulation of aluminum in different positions of the grain was also different.Nitrogen application at booting stage not only significantly promoted the aluminum contents in the different positions of some wheat cultivars,but also increased the correlation coefficient between aluminum content in different parts of wheat grain.The results indicated that the accumulation of aluminum differed in different parts of wheat caryopsis,and there were some different degrees of ability in response to nitrogen treatment.
